ORDERS + PAYMENTS + RETURNS
You may place an order online at any time. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (with holiday exceptions). Items are usually shipped within two to five business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent upon dispatch of your order. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Unless otherwise specified, shipping fees apply to all orders. Shipping costs will be provided during the checkout process and are calculated by weight and your location.
Style Therapy accepts PayPal and Shopify Pay. Both are safe, secure and convenient ways to pay for your purchases. These methods allows you to pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card.
We do not accept money orders, personal checks, or direct bank transfers.
Style Therapy never shares personal or payment information. Any fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law.
All sales are final. Style Therapy is consignment/resale store. Many items are used and all items are sold as-is. Shop with confidence, all items are 100% authentic.
